we have been with liberty mutual as a customer for 10 years and they cover ALL of our insurance! these negetive reviews below are nonsence. we are highly satisfied! at one point many years ago we went with another carrier but quickly switched back. great RATES!

I called to request a quote. The person who answered the phone acted like I was taking up too much of their time. I called other insurance agency's around town. I got a response from Farmers on Burton Street. I decided to go there because I was being treated like a real person and got the information I needed without a negative attitude on the other end of the phone.

When I would call to inquire about my policies, the customer service person talked down to me as if I were a child. Very patronizing. I am now with a competitor.

I would highly suggest that you try Liberty Mutuals rates! I have been extremely pleased at how low they are. I am in a position where i can compare rates with other companies quite often, and when i do, they invariably come back much higher than what I am currently paying. I would not dream of switching. I went with Liberty on a new home because of the low rate. Liberty waited weeks after the closing to send out a roof inspector. They said the roof was bad and would not insure the home. Had I known that before I would have done things differently. They put me in a terrible position that could have been avoided. I swithced all my policies.
